Loving Imperfections .............

Insecurities. We all have it in our blood.
  • “They are better than me.”
  • “he has better knowledge than I what I have ”
  • “He is a more stable man.”
  • “He has everything.”
  • "He has got placed, then why not me."
We all struggle for this every day. Thinking about how other people’s lives are going. Comparing ourselves to others. Looking for something we don’t have but other people are enjoying.
One thing we must know about ourselves is that we are imperfect and we must accept that fact. We don’t have the perfect face of a model, paycheck of Bill Gates, the figure of a beauty queen, the height of a basketball player and a lot more imperfections.
But those imperfections make us real and unique. No matter how much we try to be perfect, we can never be.
Embrace it. Love it.
Let’s redefine perfection in our own terms. If we can’t accept our own imperfections, how can we accept other’s flaws and weaknesses as well.
Insecurities can only lead to depression. We should slash it in our lives. We can only be happy if we try to see perfection amidst imperfection.
If we are insecure, it shows in our attitude towards other people. We’ll always have the gut to explain ourselves and tend to create a facade that is not totally us. How can we see ourselves if we keep on comparing ourselves to others and instead of focusing on how to achieve our dreams, we waste our energy poking at other people.
It’s not easy. We are all struggling to fight for it every day. It can also be a part of our imperfections as well but it shouldn’t be an excuse not to fight for it.
Insecurities can eat us up. It decreases our self-confidence, it gives us self-doubt and most of all, it can be a hindrance to our success.
We may not all be perfect but we are unique and we should love it because it becomes our distinct qualities that others may hate or love but is part of who we are. We shouldn’t pay attention to what others would say towards us. We don’t have to please anyone but ourselves. Yes, their opinion matters but what should matter most is how we see ourselves because no one other than ourselves can believe on what we can really do. Let us love our imperfections and live a life with perfection.

Truth.. simplified... :)

True facts....
When you have more fun & fail, People comment you were not serious about your Life.
When you have no fun & fail, People comment you didn't succeed & didn't even enjoy.
When you have no fun & succeed, People comment, what's their when you can't have fun.
When you have fun & succeed, People comment you are arrogant.
However you live, whatever you do, People will comment, Better live the Life the way you want, not for the sake of People.

"Play your game, No matter what the commentators are talking, They are doing their Job, Are You?".....

Positive Mental Attitude

If we have our mental attitude under control you may control almost all other circumstances which affect our life, including our fears and worries of every nature whatsoever.
Our mental attitude is the major factor which attracts people to you in a spirit of friendliness, or repels them, according to whether our attitude is positive or negative; and you are the only person who can determine which it shall be.
A person with a negative mental attitude can sell nothing. He may lake an order from someone who buys something from him, but no selling was done. How important a Mental attitude?
Mental Attitude Can Be Negative or Positive. Only a positive mental attitude pays off in the affairs of our everyday living, so let us see what it is, and how we may get it and apply it in the struggle for the
Mental attitude can be influenced and controlled by a number of factors, such as:
By a BURNING DESIRE for the attainment of a definite purpose based upon one or more of the nine basic motives which activate all human endeavor. Everyone Can Perform "Miracles"
From this chapter, I have learned that our mental attitude is very important as most of our success depends on Positive Mental attitude. Author has talked about the mental attitude and how one can           achieve success by having positive mental attitude.
Mental attitude controls, very largely, the space one occupies in life, the success one achieves, the friends one makes, and the contributions one makes to posterity. It would be no great overstatement of the truth if we said that mental attitude is EVERYTHING.

The biggest wrong lesson that you learnt in your 1ST standard

I dont think there exists anyone on this earth who has done his first standard and doesn't know about the famous story of animalkind wherein a race was set between a fast and furious rabbit and a slow and steady tortoise. Neither me nor you know where the race was set? who set up the race between these 2 animals? for how long the race happened? but still each one of us have been taught either by our teachers or elders the moral of this race story as "SLOW AND STEADY WINS THE RACE" at one point or the other in our lives.

As soon as the race began, the rabbit sped miles ahead of the tortoise who was struggling hard to run carrying his heavy shell on his back. As rabbit saw that the tortoise was way behind him, he thought of taking a power nap before reaching the finishing line. The tortoise kept putting its efforts, surpassed the sleeping rabbit and reached the finishing red ribbon and won the race.

Folks! Only if the rabbit had not slept in between the race there would not have been even 0.000000000001% probability of tortoise winning the race by running faster than the rabbit. Was the rabbit foolish enough to sleep during a race? I am not sure about the answer but if the rabbit was really serious about winning the race it would not even have paused to take a deep breath. Logically a tortoise can never run as fast as a rabbit or even think of beating it in a running race. We all know this.

The biggest mistake made here was putting the strength of one animal against the weakness of the another animal in a challenge. Had the case been a race between 2 rabbits or between 2 turtles the moral would never have been 'slow and steady wins the race'. Inturn it would have been 'fast and furious wins the race'. Likewise friends beware! Most of us make the mistake of comparing our weaknesses with someone else's strengths and feel inferior or the other way ie, we start comparing our strengths with someone else's  weaknesses  and feel superior.

Albert Einstein rightly said "If you expected a fish to climb a tree, it would think of itself as a failure all its life", lets not make the same mistake and learn the wrong lesson which we did in our first standard. Rather lets get back on track to weaken our weaknesses and strengthen our strengths........

What I have Thought is....

It has been heard  that human mind flashes on 60,000 thoughts a day..
This is a real good experience of everyone which acts as a proof for the above statement. sometimes we will be speaking on some topic and when we are about to say something, we forget .. we feel it is there in the tip of our tongue and we are not succeeding in its expression. But we remember the same topic some other time..The fact is our subconcious mind stores any topic we think of . When your mind gives a thought to something, it remembers or stores the thoughts along with the situation around and when the same kind of situation occurs again the mind sends you the message which has been stored before. This is why so many times we feel many situations as though it happened the same way before.

And now why i'm talking about these thoughts is, today when i was listening to the business mathematics class, my mind is not on the lecture or problems it is exploring it in it's own thoughts. It actually went on thinking about my tomorrows plans the works that i should complete and the books i want  to read.. here my brain stuck .. book .. yes the book that i had read about three days ago from a famous author who is young and smart enough to tie his readers. Chetan Bhagat. yes the book that i had read was written by him. i don't know why he had wrote that book, where from he had get that thought of writing it. And the title of that book is "Revolution 2020 ". I don't know why he had kept that title for the book. I think may be to impress Mr Abduk Kalam "2020". The book has a story of three persons A hero , his Friend, A heroin a simple triangle love story, as if inspired from an old bollywood movie. Story has got all the elements of a super hit old Bollywood movie.
He had spoke about many things in the book , Love , passion ,corruption, ambition , life, success. He had touched youths heart, made them feel boring at the end and finally ended the story with a failure of three persons lives. No character in the story has a successful life either the hero, his friend nor their Girl Friend. I took two days to read that book, it was very interesting at first , later it was good and coming to end it was completely boring one.
Though the book was boring and not that much interesting again I had started reading another book from him "2 states".  I hope that this book has got something interesting. When i gone through the book i had found two interesting words that the world fond of one is Friendship and second is Love ( oh!! my heart is beating too fast ... ) .
First comes friendship ( it just my view that i'm going to share, don't take it personal, becoz i'm also a friend of you..!! :))
The most common relationship between people around the world - FRIENDSHIP.Few people take it as a synonym for 'just knowing a person' before considering the very meaning of the word. When someone asks u about a person u know..u just say "He/She is a friend of mine" without considering the fact that if u r really 'friends' or not.Not that there is anything wrong in that, but how many of us actually do justice to the so called 'friendship' ? I believe knowing someone doesn't make him/her ur friend.Friendship is more than just knowing someone. Its a competitive world, survival of the fittest. Most people believe in 'first me then others(includes so called friends)' theory.Ive seen people who have a group, who are together the whole time in clg/school but are not really friends. They are least bothered about what's happening with others-forget about helping each other out.Friendship is kind of a formality for them.... such a pity!

Love- " The eternal and immortal in the universe as people say"
i don't have words or time to talk or discuss about it. It doesn't mean that i'm against LOVE.
See how crazy my mind is , where it had started and where it lead me, our thoughts have no end.
And now my immediate thought is to end the topic.

"Once in a while, it hits people, that they don't have to experience the world, in the way they have been told to" ...

Life- "............." how will you describe..?

hii friends,
have you ever wondered or surprised of how you are? where you are? What is the source of your happiness, emotions? Have you ever thought of what is going on around you?

Just give a break to your busy life and around you... Admire the beauty, Admire the different colors... Imagine if they were not there how would things be??? Look at your monitor screen... Look at the different colors on it... look around your room... look at the paint of your wall... The curtains covering your window... The sheet covering your bed... The posters in your room... The painting decorating your wall... Look how beautiful they are... Ever wondered of what it is made of??? Ever wondered who made it??? Ever wondered how colorful they are??? Ever wondered how much time would have been spent to make them??? All of them are made of so many different things, with different colors... Forget all these and just look at yourself in the mirror... The greatest creation ALMIGHTY... The Human Body...
Ever wondered hoe beautiful it is??? Look at the systematic arrangement of each part of your body... All of us have the same parts arranged in the same order yet we look so different from each other... Why do you have moles in your body??? Why does your eyebrow only grows to a certain extent and why not cover the entire face??? I know friends, you might give a scientific explanation to it...
Instead enjoy it... Admire the beauty and wonder how beautiful it is... Oh!!! If I go on, then there is so much to say... Never say life is boring... Just Look around you and enjoy the things around you and wonder about it...  You'll see that life is not only interesting  but also filled with colors and surprises... Admire the things around you and enjoy LIFE!!! LIFE is only ONCE so ENJOY it to the FULLEST...

Do You Know Why?

I Don't know Why,
But i Just wanna touch the Sky.

I Don't know Why,
But i Just wanna Fly High.

I Don't know Why,
Sometime's my pain itself seems to Cry.

I Don't know Why,
But my tears appear to Dry.

I Don't Why,
I Fail but i still get up and try.

I Don't know Why,
But i believe in the attitude of never Die.

I Don't know Why,
But i just cant stand a Lie.

Now i Just know why,
Cos my Dreams are too High,
That shall never Die,
Nor can anyone buy but i will always try an one day shall fly high over the rainbow an touch the sky,Till then even death wont stand close By cos my Dreams and Visions are just too high.
And this is my strongest Why,Trust me i really woudn't Lie.!!

Shortest Speech by CEO of coca cola., short and very impressive...

"Imagine life as a game in which you are juggling some five balls in the air. You name them - Work, Family, Health, Friends and Spirit and you're keeping all of these in the Air.

You will soon understand that work is a rubber ball. If you drop it, it will bounce back.

But the other four Balls - Family, Health, Friends and Spirit - are made of glass. If you drop one of these; they will be irrevocably scuffed, marked, nicked, damaged or even shattered. They will never be the same. You must understand that and strive for it."

WORK EFFICIENTLY DURING OFFICE HOURS AND LEAVE ON TIME. GIVE THE REQUIRED TIME TO YOUR FAMILY, FRIENDS & HAVE PROPER REST.

The Power of Determination

In a previous issue of success strategies, I talked about the importance of taking action toward your goals, dreams and desires. But one of the most important qualities you will need to develop in order to continue taking action is persistence.

You must be persistent in your disciplines and habits; perseverant in the face of adversity, hardship and challenge; and determined to achieve your dreams, no matter what.

There will be many times when you will want to quit, give up, and go back to doing something else, but the one quality that will guarantee your success is the willingness to stick with it, to see it through to the end -- to refuse to settle for anything less than your dream.

The longer you hang in there, the greater the chance that something will happen in your favor. No matter how hard it seems, the longer you persist, the more likely your success will be.

Adversity and Discouragement Is Inevitable
No matter how well you plan and how well you execute your plan, you are bound to meet with disappointments, adversity and failure along the way to your ultimate triumph. Sometimes, you'll encounter what seem like overwhelming odds. And sometimes, the Universe will test your commitment to the goal you're pursuing.

The going may be hard, and may require you to refuse to give up while you learn new lessons, develop new parts of yourself, and make difficult decisions.

And, adversity is what gives you the opportunity to develop your inner resources of character and courage. Adversity is a great teacher. It will test you and make you stronger. But you have to hang in there and not give up!

More than 4000 years ago in China, Confucius wrote: "Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall."

How to Deal with Obstacles
Whenever you confront an obstacle or run into a roadblock, you need to stop and brainstorm three ways to get around it, over it, or through it. For every obstacle, come up with three different strategies for handling the potential obstacle. There are any number of ways that till work, but you will only find them if you spend time looking for them.

Always be solution-oriented in your thinking. Persevere until you find a way that works.

SUCCESS@ hardwork

To some people the word Success is like climbing Mount Everest, particularly those who are not in the habit of setting high goals and thus not thinking positively, aggressively, passionately, obsessively to achieve them. These are the people who unconsciously tend to leave their plane of life flying on auto-pilot. They are not failures, but rather lethargic and complacent.

Success itself becomes a mammoth obstacle for people who do not look beyond the passing moment. The legendary Henry Ford said about a hundred years ago "Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off your goal." Perfectly correct description of obstacles.

Any recipe of success requires the following three basic ingredients:

1. Goal

A clearly defined goal is, in fact, the driving force that keeps you in action till you achieve it. Here, I would like you to understand the difference between a goal and a dream. Dreams are not tagged with a validity of time, but goals are and that is why they never let you opt for an auto-pilot.

So, choose your goals wisely and realistically.

2. Obsession

No driving force can work without continuous supply of a fuel. The existence of obsession acts like a fuel for the vehicle of a gratifying accomplishment. The stronger and deeper the passion, the better the quality of fuel is.

And your obsession should not be a hypothetical fantasy.

3. Action

Action plays the role of a driver that is you. It solely depends upon you just how you control your vehicle preserving the fuel and moving in the right direction. There is always a first step towards initiating action. This first step is the beginning of the process of success.

Action needs positive thinking radiating the waves of energy that always result in success.

The best formula for achieving success is flooding your mind with the feelings of success. Instead of engaging your mind on the long process and modus operandi of achieving success, focus the whole of your personality and character on one thing that you have already achieved success.

This is what I call "think succeeded". Push your mind to the limit where it sends you a series of SMS messages that you have succeeded.

Overwhelming your brain with achieved success will keep you concentrating on passionately moving ahead on the path to success.

Success initiates with the very first step of setting a goal before you. Here is an example of the colossal importance of a goal:

Just imagine what would happen in a soccer field if only the two goal-posts are removed and twenty two players are directed to play the game? I do not have to explain scenario in detail. There is only one word to describe the situation "chaos".

Success haunts only those people who avoid bothering about setting goals. The concept of life without goals, challenges and action is like accepting defeat without entering the battlefield.

All the awards, rewards, appreciation, applause and honours are for the action heroes, not for the lethargic and complacent zombies who opt for auto-pilot.

Wake up from the slumber, create goals, fill your mind with success and go all out for action.

My Passions

hi friends, before knowing my passions...

The persons who inspired me, to follow the passions of their mark..

Purpose is knowing what you want and doing it because it expresses who you really are. Mahatma Gandhi ji, Swami Vivekananda, Mother Theresa (when she was alive). They’re “on purpose.” They’re living the life they were born to live. It’s hard to imagine them doing anything else. They don’t need goals to motivate themselves. They’d do it anyway. And if they do set goals, it’s just to keep score.

I’ve spent a lot of time studying highly effective people through my organization (Er.Sujit Lalwani ji, Dr. Surendra ji,Rohit Hulmani ji, including graduates of my various seminars, and I find four threads that run through all of their conversations:

Passion: They love what they do. If they weren’t making so much money, they’d be tempted to do it for free.

Values: Their daily activities are extremely important to them.

Talent: They’re good at what they do. Call it talent or ability, they’ve got what it takes to be one of the best.

Destiny: They have a sense that they are doing what they were born to do. They are making their own unique contribution. It’s almost a spiritual thing. They’re following their intuition and feel they are fulfilling their destiny.

I came to know that the person is said to be Extraordinary. My leaders use to tell to become extraordinary, just keep "Extra" before ordinary..
These four things(passion, values, talent, destiny) might add That 'extra'.

introduced to the world of passion, dreams and success

myslef being a student with the routine life of education, learning dreaming about the future is my daily life. Having completed my first year of graduation looking forward for the next academic year, it happened in the month of may. MY friend Praveen ( from my childhood day who is with me all time) introduced me to a person. it better say personality who at age of 21 achieved many titles, passions, awards. known as INSPIRATIONAL SPEAKER and ENTERPRENUER. there aer no words with me to tell about him. He is SUJIT LALWANI JI. he inspired me through his passion, personality, his speech. and he is my inspiration.

Through this i got introduced to the world of youngsters with reluctant passions, dreams and success. where i had learned which i had missed in my 12 years of education. Still learning many things. this set a goal for me and made me to dream big. taught me to live and learn to live in the world of passions.

i'm very thankful to Er.SujitLalwani ji for his inspiration.

"Dare! don't just dream."

achieving success by expecting it.

When you plan and prepare to make a sale, for example, you can legitimately expect to make a sale. Although not all your expectations are going to come to pass, you give yourself an infinitely better chance of succeeding by taking the proper steps.

Regardless of your goal--losing weight, getting percentage of marks, furthering your education, earning money --you can expect to achieve your goal if you plan and prepare for it.

Also understand that the path from where you are to where you want to be is not always smooth and straight. The reason for the twists and bumps is simple, and it has nothing to do with you. It has more to do with the fact that not everyone is as interested in your success as you are. Some people may accidentally hinder your efforts; others who are in competition with you and have little or no integrity may try to sabotage your efforts.

Keep in mind, though, that when you hit those roadblocks your character, commitment, and attitude are the determining factors in your success... Carefully review your plan of action, seek wise counsel, and be particularly careful to feed your mind good information. An optimistic, positive mind is far more likely to come up with creative solutions than a mind that dwells on setbacks and difficulties.

Doing something really big at a young age is marvelous, for, only that can make you realise - "rules are meant to be broken!"

Last but not the least - "All the world loves a lover". Love everyone. The easiest way to get loved is give love.

IS IT MOTIVATION OR MOTIVE-ACTION

With the passing of every new year, each of us needs to understand the magnitude of social and economic change in the world. In the past, change in college, business and social life was incremental and a set of personal strategies for achieving excellence was not required.

Today, in the knowledge-based world, where change is the rule, a set of personal strategies is essential for success, even survival. Never again will you be able to go to your place of business on autopilot, comfortable and secure that the organization, state or government will provide for and look after you.

You must look in the mirror when you ask who is responsible for your success or failure. You must become a lifelong learner and leader, for to be a follower is to fall hopelessly behind the pace of progress. The power brokers in the new global arena will be the knowledge facilitators.

Ignorance will be even more the tyrant and en slaver than in the past. As you look in the mirror to see the 21st Century you, there will also be another image standing beside you. It is your competition. Your competition, from now on, will be a hungry immigrant with a wireless, hand-held, digital assistant.

Hungry for food, hungry for a home, for a new car, for security, for a college education. Hungry for knowledge. Smart, quick thinking, skilled and willing to do anything necessary to be competitive in the world marketplace.

Working long hours and Saturdays, staying open later, serving customers better and more cheerfully. To be a player in the 21st Century you have to be willing to give more in service than you receive in payment.

These are the new rules in the game of life. These are the actions you must take to be a leader and a winner in your personal and professional life. By mastering these profoundly simple action steps, you will be positioned to be a change master in the new century.

Ask yourself these questions:

How vulnerable am I? What trends must I watch? What information must I gain? What knowledge do I lack?

if you answer these questions yourself..

Then think about.., "Grant me the Serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the Courage to change the things I can, and the Wisdom to know the difference.", is a valuable measuring tool we can apply to our lives. Simple yet profound words to live by.

introducing myself.

hi this is Surya, final year B.Sc student.
I'm from Hindupur(AndraPradesh). where I lived for most of my life benefiting from a warm and supporting family, and a town provided me with a sound education and opportunities for personal growth. Since my earliest school days I have been interested in the pursuit of knowledge and truth, a search which was inspired by my parents and enhanced by my teachers. This has stayed with me into adult life, and I now find myself realizing the importance and beauty of such ideas and principles. My aim therefore is to develop this approach to life and to share it with others through everything I do. In terms of work, this means motivating and encouraging others by my own positive example, doing my best in everything, and never being afraid to say
“I don’t know”. Rather, I hope to inspire a creative and positive way of dealing with the various problems that are a part of everyone’s lives.

Concepts of trust and responsibility have been central to my life and are, I hope, evident in everything that I take on, from my school-life in Hindupur, to activities such as"promoting online computer education", "building career relationships"etc,.. In all these things I have come to understand the importance of respecting others. Being a student with lot of dreams joined an organization where the people inspired me to achieve greatness in a very short period. This awareness has been heightened and has helped me further to develop myself and motivated to take active part in development of INDIA. Finally, my personal motto is something that I came across my life's journey. This phrase has stayed with me since then and sums up my approach to life:

“A good life is one inspired by love and guided by knowledge.”
